Texas Custom Lights Warranty Information

Texas Custom Lights provides a lifetime warranty for permanent holiday lighting. The lifetime warranty on the lights is defined by the manufacturer's testing, which resulted in an estimated lifespan of 50,000 hours. When used 7 hours per day, this equates to 20 years. The validity of the warranty on lights will not be affected by how long the lights are actually used. Texas Custom Lights also provides a 6 year warranty for all products and parts, as well as a 2 year service warranty.

Service and Workmanship Warranty:

Texas Custom Lights provides warranties on all installation labor and warranty-related service work. This warranty covers the workmanship and service of the products we have installed. After the given warranty period expires, standard service fees will apply for labor, while materials will continue to be covered under their respective manufacturer warranties.

Service Warranty Coverage:

- Initial installation labor

- Service calls within the labor warranty period

- Troubleshooting and diagnostics

- Standard equipment access and servicing

Service Warranty Exclusions:

- Labor costs for special access installations requiring third-party contractors

- Service calls after the labor warranty period

- Emergency or after-hours service calls

Texas Custom Lights warranty coverage is limited to:

- The original purchase price of the product in question

- The cost of labor during the warranty period

Texas Custom Lights shall not be liable for:

- Direct, incidental, or consequential damages

- Loss of use

- Loss of revenue

- Loss of profits

- Any damages beyond the original purchase price of the product

Texas Custom Lights Warranty Exclusions:

Warranty becomes void if damage or malfunction occurs due to environmental factors, natural disasters, pest-related damage, chemical exposure, vandalism, misuse of products, unauthorized modifications.

Product Warranty:
